These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Avra, a front-end UI template and component library (the "Product") sold by Levin Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
1. Orders & Payment Processing
Purchases made directly through our site are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC ("Lemon Squeezy"), our authorized reseller. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for these orders and handles billing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and payment-related customer service. Your order may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service, which includes the End User Terms governing checkout purchases. Avra is also distributed through third-party marketplaces (such as Envato/ThemeForest); purchases made there are governed by that marketplace's own license terms in addition to these Terms.
2. License Grant
Subject to full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product's source code to build and ship end products, according to the license tier you purchased:
- Regular License — use in a single end product, made available to end users free of charge.
- Plus License — use in up to three end products, made available to end users free of charge.
- Extended License — use in a single commercial SaaS product where end users are charged for access.
The license does not permit you to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product (or any substantial part of it) as a standalone template, boilerplate, starter kit, or competing product.
- Claim authorship of the original Product or remove existing copyright notices.
- Use the Product in any unlawful way or to build products that infringe third-party rights.
3. Intellectual Property
The Product, including its design, code structure, and documentation, is owned by Levin Labs and protected by copyright law. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. The Product also includes open-source third-party libraries, each distributed under its own respective license.
4. Updates & Support
Each license tier includes free lifetime updates and a period of ticket-based support, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Support covers questions about using the Product as documented; it does not cover custom development, modifications, or issues caused by third-party integrations.
"Lifetime" updates means updates to Avra v1 for as long as the Product is offered for sale.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levin Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
