Avra is a digital product: source code and design files delivered instantly on purchase. Because there is no physical shipment, refunds are handled as described below rather than through returns.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Avra, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked, provided the request meets the conditions below.
2. Eligibility
To keep this guarantee fair for everyone, refunds are granted when:
- The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The purchase was made directly through our site (checkout powered by Lemon Squeezy).
- The license has not been used to publish, deploy, or distribute a live end product built with the Product.
Refunds are not available when:
- The Product has already been used in a shipped or publicly deployed end product.
- The request is made after the 14-day window has passed.
- The purchase was made through a third-party marketplace (e.g. Envato/ThemeForest) — those purchases follow that marketplace's own refund policy instead of this one.
- There is evidence of license misuse, such as resale or redistribution of the source code.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@levinlabs.com with your order ID (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) and the reason for your request. Since Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for direct purchases, we submit approved refunds through Lemon Squeezy, which processes the refund payment itself.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. License After Refund
Once a refund is issued, your license to use Avra is revoked and you must stop using the Product in any end product.
